Being locked out is stressful, especially late at night, in bad weather or with children or pets inside. Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays, so you can speak to a real person straight away.
Most lockouts can be solved without damaging the door or lock. Our locksmiths are trained in non-destructive entry techniques for the common locks found on UK homes, including nightlatches, euro cylinders, mortice locks and uPVC multipoint doors.
If your lock is damaged, worn out or has been tampered with, we can replace it on the spot so you are not left with an insecure door.

We open the door using non-destructive methods wherever possible. If the lock is damaged or can't be opened safely, we explain your options and the price first.

Will you need to drill my lock?
Most lockouts can be opened without drilling. If a lock is faulty or high-security, we'll explain the options first.
Do I need proof I live there?
Yes, we'll ask for ID or proof of address once you're inside, to keep homes safe.
How long does it take to open a door?
Many standard locks are opened within minutes of the locksmith arriving. Higher-security or damaged locks can take longer.
